Can hypnosis help with overthinking and anxiety?
Escape the loop in your head that never quite switches off. We work with the part of you that already knows how to settle, and exchange old worries for peace and self-confidence.
The answers are already inside you. Reach them through Heart-to-Heart Hypnosis, Vision Quests, Self-Hypnosis Training, Past-Life Revelation, and direct conversation with your higher self. Awaken, reclaim your clarity, and live from your personal truth instead of from habitual limitations.
Dana Reynolds is an NGH-certified hypnosis trainer and hypno-coach at Bespoke Hypnosis, practicing hypnosis since 2015, seeing clients in person in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) and online everywhere via Zoom.

Most people arrive with a problem they can describe in one sentence, and a life that has quietly organised itself around it. Here is what that usually looks like.
Escape the loop in your head that never quite switches off. We work with the part of you that already knows how to settle, and exchange old worries for peace and self-confidence.
Most of those rules were handed to you before you could question them. In hypnosis you can look at them directly and kindly, and decide which ones still deserve a place in your life.
Shame and self-doubt sit below the level of willpower, which is why hypnosis reaches them. We work with the part of you that learned to doubt itself and rebuild your own authority from there.
A new challenge. A hard decision. An ending you did not plan for. Hypnosis holds the space to meet the questions that come with moving forward.
Hypnosis suits habits that willpower alone has not shifted, because we work with the reason underneath the behaviour instead of fighting it.
Hypnosis can support how you live with chronic pain and fear, alongside the medical or mental health care you already have. It is a way to settle your body and your thoughts, not a treatment or a cure.
I cannot rave enough about Dana and the transformational change she skillfully facilitates! In just one hypnosis session, she completely removed a huge block I had in my belief system-- things started to shift in positive ways right away. … I also participated in Dana's grief recovery program, which was enormously helpful in healing wounds from leaving my religion and marriage. I would trust her with any problem-- she uses exceptional wisdom and care with her clients.
I loved Dana's hypnosis sessions! She guides you through visualizations to help you uncover subconscious blocks and change your behavior patterns. She is extremely perceptive and empathetic. I definitely recommend her services!
I participated in the Grief Recovery Method with Dana Reynolds as the facilitator. The process was extremely helpful and helped me resolve some issues that I hadn't been able to work through on my own, or even in therapy. I highly recommend Dana!
Dana sent me an audio hypnosis session… it was so relaxing and profound… I was so relaxed and felt an inner peace that was overwhelming… thank you Dana!
Dana was very compassionate and empathetic as she helped me see some very debilitating issues I have struggled with since childhood. Her method was very effective. … It's been a couple months since our phone session and I am still enjoying a much better life thanks to her!
I've recently completed Dana's Hypnotherapy course. … I have a deep understanding of what trance and hypnotic states are and can do for someone struggling with addiction and any other emotional or performance difficulties. … I am so impressed with Dana's teaching style and ability. She has done the work and walked the path, and has the tools to introduce anyone to this amazing journey.
Every route is a conversation with the part of you that already knows. Choose the one that fits where you are today.
In person or online, we start with a real conversation about what you want to change, then use hypnosis to work with it at the level where it actually lives.
Committed work. Deep sessions, targeted approaches, shaped around a single clear intention: your success, whatever it takes.
Learn to guide yourself into a calm, focused state, so the work carries on between sessions and stays yours to use.
Who were you, and who are you meant to become? What is shaping you, and for what purpose? What themes and patterns are recurring? What is the lesson? What is the way forward? What are you finally ready to let go of?
Thirty minutes to say what is going on and see whether this is the right fit. No pressure either way.
We map what you want to change and what success looks like, and design a path forward. We begin easing into hypnosis at a pace that suits you, with results you will feel right away.
Baby steps lead to giant leaps between sessions. When you do the work, you will learn a way of talking to yourself that starts to sound like your own voice again. You begin supporting yourself, and you will love the feeling of being your authentic self.
As a woman who spent 28 years in the corporate world while struggling with chronic pain, raising two neurodivergent kids, and keeping a small farm going in the Arkansas Ozarks while my husband was away driving a truck, I learned something the hard way: knowing better doesn’t always make it better.
I had the job titles, the meetings, the responsibilities, the outward competence. Inside, the pain was constant, the mental noise was louder, and anxiety and fear of failure kept me up at night. I could hold everything together for everyone else, but I was still living in a trance of “this is just how it is.”
That stretch of years began my training. It forced me to stop looking for another external fix and start working with the part of me that already knew the way through. I began studying hypnosis, grief recovery, and the deeper intelligence of the subconscious—not as abstract ideas, but as practical tools I needed for myself. The more I used them, the more I realized the answers weren’t outside me. They never had been.
For a time I was in a master’s program for psychology—until it became apparent that the main thrust of the program was writing research papers based on other research papers, and doing statistical analysis. I just wanted to help people, as quickly and effectively as possible. I changed gears and have spent the last 12 years studying under some of the greatest hypnotists, psychologists, and philosophers of our age. My personal discipline is to spend at least 5 hours each week honing my skills and expanding my knowledge. I’ve set up camp at the crossroads where psychology and spirituality meet and agree.
I have been practicing hypnosis since 2015.
Today I help people in chronic pain, both mental and physical. I awaken people from the trance of disempowered thinking so they can remember who they are, and then support them as they learn to live from their deepest values.
While the core of my work is one-on-one hypnosis with individuals, I’m sharing the transformative power of hypnosis with groups large and small. I accept speaking engagements and podcast interviews because I have stories everyone can relate to. The kind of stories that change lives. I can give your group a taste of their inner wisdom to solve their real-world problems, shift their relationship with stress, and clarify their goals. Reach out. I’ll come. I promise you a spell-binding talk. Literally.

Hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state you already pass through many times a day — the way you feel just before sleep or while absorbed in a book or movie. In a session, you stay aware and comfortable while we speak to the part of your mind where habits and beliefs actually live.
Hypnosis is generally considered safe and comfortable, and you are awake and in control throughout. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and any condition you are being treated for should stay with your doctor or therapist.
No. You cannot be made to do anything against your values, and you can open your eyes and stop at any point. Nothing happens in a session that you do not agree to.
Yes — online everywhere via Zoom, and in person in Northwest Arkansas (NWA).
It depends on what you are working on and how you respond. Many clients choose a package so the work can go deep, and the free call is where we decide what makes sense for you.
A free 30-minute discovery call. You say what is going on, ask anything you like, and leave knowing whether this is the right fit — no pressure either way.
Yes. Vision Quests and Past-life Revelation are part of the work, alongside Heart-to-Heart Hypnosis and self-hypnosis training. They are offered for people exploring the questions around who they were and who they are meant to become.
Yes, through self-hypnosis training. You learn to guide yourself into a calm, focused state, so the work carries on between sessions and stays yours to use.
Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
A short conversation is often enough to know whether this is the work you have been looking for. If it is not, I will tell you honestly.
