Both. Dana teaches in person in Northwest Arkansas and live online via Zoom, with hands-on practice either way.

Yes. The free Introduction to Hypnosis class is designed for groups, clubs and organizations, and can be taught onsite or on Zoom.
Do I need experience?
No prior experience is needed. The 100-hour course begins with the fundamentals and moves into hands-on practice.
